Dr. Choe is double board certified and has specialized in ENT procedures of the head and neck only. This means he has much more training, experience and knowledge in this area than many surgeons. Board Certification involves meeting rigorous standards including more education, more experience and more competence in all areas of their specialization. Being double board certified places him in a special group of surgeons. Dr. Choe is a specialist.
