NonSurgical Rhinoplasty

Today, surgery is not always necessary to correct nasal problems.  Often, excellent results can be achieved without surgery using one of today’s advanced dermal injectables. Dr. Choe will help you determine which is best suited for your specific needs.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty – the differences

1. It is much less invasive than surgical Rhinoplasty
2. It is effective with results lasting up to 18 months or more
3. It is used to resolve small bumps, rebuild nasal bridges and restore or create symmetry, contour and a pleasant appearance without changing your own unique ethnic characteristics
4. You are usually awake and comfortable during the injection treatment
5. You will experience some swelling and bruising (this is normal) but it diminishes quickly over a few days
6. Your results will be visible immediate – but not fully appreciated until swelling and bruising subside completely
7. As with traditional surgery, Dr. Choe will use computer imaging to help you visualize before and after results – Imaging Enhancement is fabulous in that it allows you and Dr.Choe to customize your treatment and to see your results in advance!

Non-Surgical Injection Rhinoplasty
Using either Juvederm or Radiesse, the solution is injected into pre-determined areas of the nose, using a tiny needle and precise, pre-measured doses.  Results are visible immediately. There is minimal discomfort with non-surgical Rhinoplasty.

Restylane to augment nose This patient waned to smooth the dorsum of her nose - take down the slight hump without surgery. Dr. Choe was able to augment (change) her nose slightly with the help of Restylane - a filler used for wrinkles and lip augmentation. Although this is not a permanent result, it gives the patient the opportunity to have a change without any downtime associated with surgery.
